No charges for man who drove through Tulsa protesters, DA says truck was attacked

  The Tulsa County District Attorney, Steve Kunzweiler , has announced that no legal action will be taken against the individual who drove a pickup with a horse trailer through a group of protesters on Interstate 244 on May 31. Instead, Kunzweiler has requested the Oklahoma Highway Patrol to pinpoint and hold responsible the demonstrators who showed aggression during the incident, as captured in video footage. He described the confrontation as "a violent and unprovoked attack" after the group of social justice protesters ventured beyond their assigned location onto the highway.
